Below is a small portion of the many tasks our Projects Management team handle every day…

 

-Validation of documents.

Ensure the mandatory Network Feasibility reports are obtained.

Arrange support from, and engage with the appropriate tiers of Telstra Project Management.

Coordinate site and remote appointments to implement the network and solutions.

Oversee cancellation of existing services and align billing with each site cut-over date.

Coordinate Telstra resources to facilitate SIP Commissioning and Migration appointments.

Raise orders via Telstra portals as per customer requirements (VLE channels, Business Continuity, Number Range requirements etc).

Provide Remote & On-site Support*.

-Liaise with Telstra internal offshore PM to obtain status updates and provide updates to Customer and associated parties.

Coordinate FNC for Telstra router to accommodate Voice VLAN, QoS/CoS and Port configuration requirements.
